Health Interview Assignment

Interview an older person (at least 25 years old) you know who seems to be especially healthy. Complete the questions below as a blog post in your own blog.

What is his/her relationship to you?
he is my mother's son. i knew him since i was 9 years old.


1. Have you always been as healthy as you are now? Please explain.
 no, when i was in high school, i was quite fat. i hated sports. i never exercised. .I loved to eat fast foods and i went to MacDonald and eat hamburger everyday.
 
2. What particular health habits in the following areas do you practice, that contribute to your level of health?

Nutritional Habits_____i eat foods that are healthy and nutritional such as chicken breasts  .__________________________________________

Fitness Habits___I go to gym and exercise at least two hours a day. I also play basketball, tennis or swimming at least once a week     _______________________________________________

Coping with Stress_ listen to the music or talk to friends about my things that are stressful. _other method is to stop thinking about that and recall happy thoughts._____________________________________________

Dealing with Conflicts_ I just try to understand and yield. ___________________________________________

Keeping a Positive Attitude__as i wrote above, i always try to understand and just think in positive way___________________________________

Any Additional Healthy Habits_____I never smoke or drink______________________________

3. How did you develop these habits? Please explain.
  I searched on internet and  printed out the lists of habits that i have to develop in order to contribute my health. therefore, i just did what were on the lists and they became my habits.

4. What motivates you to practice a healthy lifestyle?
   when i was in high school, I was fat and unhealthy. i asked the girl i liked to go out with me but she dumped me and said "You are so fat". since then, i started to work out.
after two years, i lost about 12kg. I not only looked handsome but I could feel myself became healthy. I love that feeling after exercising. i feel refresh.

5. Create a question of your own that you would like to ask regarding this person’s healthy lifestyle. Make sure that the question allows your interviewee to expand on his/her thoughts (not a one word answer).

Question: _what are the special tips to keep your body healthy? _________________________________________________

Answer: __ you have to make goals and try to accomplish them. besides, you have to have strong willings to be healthy. if you don't, you may easily give up._________________________________________________
