can nature and humanity flourish simultaneously?

I think  nature and humanity can not be flousrished simultaneously.
it is because in order to be developed,  (develop humanity) we need to build buildings. to build buildings, we need to chop down the trees. which destroys the forests and nature. in addition, when humanity is developed, we use more cars and things that causes the air pollution. you can prove that if you go to countryside.  there are not many cars in countrysides and not many people are living and so on. therefore water and air in countryside are much cleaner compared to citys'. you can see more stars in sky in countryside as air is clean.
  for men, being flourished  is to be developed and change the world so that becomes better place for them to live. therefore, as humanity be flourished, nature will be destroyed. Either nature or humanity can be flourished. cannot be both.it is impossible

Andrew Koenig dies from depression suicide





* Summarize

         A famous actor Andrew Koeing killed himself by hanging from tree. After he apeeared in TV series, he became famous and a lot of people loved him. On 14th Februrary 2010, he was missing and he was found after 14 days. He was already died and the reason was depression.


 Big Meaning
      some people may think people who are famous do not have depression as they are always busy and people love them. In addition some people might think , celebrities do not even have any complex as they look so perfect on TV. However, even they are wealthy, pretty, handsome and a lot of people love them, they feel lonely and have depressions.
For social implications, celebrities may have both emotional and physical healt implications. For emotional, as celebrities are so famous, they cannot share their feelings with people as much as normal people do. Therefore, they keep their emotions themselves and when they have conflicts or troubles, they get more stress as they have no one to dicuss their problems. that is why entertainers get stress and have depressions.


Why do I care / Personal Meaning
 
By reading this article, I was quite surprised. It is because as most people might think, I thought celebrities with fame have no depressions, problems or even small troubles as they are so busy and thousands of people love them. However, after reading this article and imagined myself being famous, I then realized and could understand how stressful it is to have no private and freedom. As people know my face , I have to always be careful about what I am doing. In addition, I think it will be really hard for entertainers to smile in front of hundreds of cameras even when they are sad or sick  .  Besides, having rumors about me will make me really depressed.. I would advise the audience and fans to give celebrities a private or at least stop making fake rumors to help them from avoiding getting stress.

Interview an older person (at least 25 years old) you know who seems to be especially healthy. Complete the questions below as a blog post in your own blog.

What is his/her relationship to you?
he is my mother's son. i knew him since i was 9 years old.


1. Have you always been as healthy as you are now? Please explain.
 no, when i was in high school, i was quite fat. i hated sports. i never exercised. .I loved to eat fast foods and i went to MacDonald and eat hamburger everyday.
 
2. What particular health habits in the following areas do you practice, that contribute to your level of health?

Nutritional Habits_____i eat foods that are healthy and nutritional such as chicken breasts  .__________________________________________

Fitness Habits___I go to gym and exercise at least two hours a day. I also play basketball, tennis or swimming at least once a week     _______________________________________________

Coping with Stress_ listen to the music or talk to friends about my things that are stressful. _other method is to stop thinking about that and recall happy thoughts._____________________________________________

Dealing with Conflicts_ I just try to understand and yield. ___________________________________________

Keeping a Positive Attitude__as i wrote above, i always try to understand and just think in positive way___________________________________

Any Additional Healthy Habits_____I never smoke or drink______________________________

3. How did you develop these habits? Please explain.
  I searched on internet and  printed out the lists of habits that i have to develop in order to contribute my health. therefore, i just did what were on the lists and they became my habits.

4. What motivates you to practice a healthy lifestyle?
   when i was in high school, I was fat and unhealthy. i asked the girl i liked to go out with me but she dumped me and said "You are so fat". since then, i started to work out.
after two years, i lost about 12kg. I not only looked handsome but I could feel myself became healthy. I love that feeling after exercising. i feel refresh.

Question: _what are the special tips to keep your body healthy? _________________________________________________

Answer: __ you have to make goals and try to accomplish them. besides, you have to have strong willings to be healthy. if you don't, you may easily give up._________________________________________________
